| Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location, the item ordered, the current demand for the product, and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time on normal factory stock merchandise. Some of the speciality, hand carved, hand painted, etc., items we sell will require more shipping time. We will do our best to ship your item within 2 to 5 business days after payment. It is possible that due to unforeseen sales volume an item may back order. If this happens you will be immediately notified of an approximate ship date, and be offered the option to ship when available, accept an alternate item, or cancel order and receive a refund. PLEASE NOTE: We only ship most items to Continental US and some products to Canada. NOTE: Items with free shipping will be shipped Standard Ground. Contact us if other shipping method is required.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
