This lever actuated Garelick 360 degree Positive Quick Lock Swivel Seat Mount.  Second twist control provides selected drag while rotating.  The F155073 and F81655 fit all 2 7/8" fluted seat pedestals and the F126953 fits the smooth 2 7/8" seat pedestals.  The delrin bearing provides for grease free rotation and secure braking.
