Light and sensitive, these rods are designed to detect the slightest bite even at substantial distances.  The W & J rod uses low profile guides to increase the blank’s inherent sensitivity.  It has the power to set large hooks used with plastic baits and jig fishing.  The W & J Rod is available in 3 and 4 power to cover all situations. The 3 power is also a great carolina rigging rod, able to sense the lightest of baits and detect bottom structure.

The Denali Jadewood foregrip not only gives these rods a very distinguished, rich, classic look, but it also helps tremendously in the sensitivity of the rod.
The exposed blank, with blank to finger contact also greatly improves the sensitivity of these Denali Jadewood Rods.
The graphite/nylon composition blanks create some very light and sensitive Fishing Rods.
