This Denali R845SW Extra Heavy swimbait rod has been designed to handle all the most popular swimbaits from a Sebile or Strike King jointed swimbait to a 8 inch money minnow.  Any swimbait from 1/2 oz to 2 oz can be cast a long way, but the rods backbone will easily set the hooks. Its moderate-fast action will also land that lunker without tearing the hooks out.  

The Denali Rosewood foregrip not only gives these rods a very distinguished, rich, classic look, but it also helps tremendously in the sensitivity of the rod.
The exposed blank, with blank to finger contact also greatly improves the sensitivity of these Denali Rosewood Rods.
The graphite/nylon composition blanks create some very light and sensitive Fishing Rods.
