The Ambassadeur Revo STX has a low profile frame and side plate that is made of X-Cräftic aluminum alloy. This material is more durable and lighter than regular aluminum and corrosion resistant. Eleven High Performance Corrosion Resistant bearings, 10 ball bearings and 1 roller, provide the smooth casting with added distance.  The REVO STX weigh a comfortable 8.75 ounces. The Ambassadeur Revo STX reels hold 140 yards of 12-pound test monofilament fishing line. More than any others in their class. The Revo STX is available in two speeds, a 6.4:1 version, or a 7.1:1 high speed (HS) model and available in both right and left hand models. The high speed 7.1:1 Ambassadeur Revo STX reels are great with pitching and flipping presentations as well as burning baits over grass. The Swedish engineered Ambassadeur Revo also features Linear Magnetic brakes,  brass gears and synchronized level wind. The Revo STX has a Spool design that provides smoothest of operations, titanium nitride wormshaft and Everslik coated pinion shaft and pawl.
