We also provide you with a free installation DVD that will guide you through your pool installation process from step one. As always this is not to be used in place of the manual, as the manual has instructions of greater detail. The DVD is simply used as a guide to help you understand what the manual is instructing.

  SHIPPING NOTE: This item must ship via freight truck on a pallet. You must provide a daytime telephone number so the freight company can call to schedule the delivery. You MUST be home to sign for and receive the delivery. You MUST inspect the pool package contents for damage at the time of delivery. If the pool and its accessories are not in acceptable condition you must refuse the shipment to the freight driver. If you refuse a pool shipment that is not damaged beyond the outer packaging Valley Sports and More will NOT refund you any of the shipping charges. The freight company will unload the pool from the truck, place it in the driveway or garage and you will be responsible for the pool at that point. You should make arrangements for help moving the pool package about your property. These pool packages are HEAVY! This item is available to ship to the Continental USA only; no shipping outside the U.S. lower 48 States, no shipping to P.O. boxes and no shipping to military addresses.
